Our Residential Property Department is divided into smaller, dedicated conveyancing teams consisting of a solicitor/legal executive/licensed conveyancer and a paralegal, giving our clients a single point of contact during the conveyancing process. This role offers you the opportunity to lead and shape one of these teams. From day one, you’ll play a key role in growing the department, supported by a wider team that embraces innovation and cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and deliver an exceptional client experience.

 

The Opportunity

Position Details:

  • Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Location: Mansfield
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Start Date: Immediate (subject to notice period)

As Residential Property Conveyancer, you’ll:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small but dynamic team.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of Residential Property transactions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Residential Property to drive the department’s growth and success.

 

The ideal candidate

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced professional with:

  • At least 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Strong IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with outstanding communication skills.
  • Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others.
