Additional Fees in Chesterfield, Sheffield, Dronfield and Mansfield

We will only advise you of the additional fee if we become aware of a change once the transaction starts. For example, we assume that the house title is registered so, if we discover the title is unregistered then the additional fee will be advised and added to your final invoice.
