Additional Fees
Some types of property transaction involve a lot more work than a standard sale or purchase. If we are aware of this at the time your quote is given then it will be included in the estimate given to you. For example, if you have told us you are buying a Leasehold Flat then the fee below will not need to be added, as it will be included within your original estimate.
Additional Fees in Chesterfield, Sheffield, Dronfield and Mansfield
We will only advise you of the additional fee if we become aware of a change once the transaction starts. For example, we assume that the house title is registered so, if we discover the title is unregistered then the additional fee will be advised and added to your final invoice.

Every property transaction is different and issues can arise that need to be resolved to progress the sale or purchase. Any additional work will be explained to you before the additional costs are incurred on top of the Legal Fee quoted to you.
