Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)

As a New Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service. This position is perfect for someone with customer service experience, but we also welcome enthusiastic newcomers eager to learn and grow with us. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you thrive in this role.
You will provide residential property quotes to potential clients via phone and email, and occasionally in-person at our office. You will manage the client onboarding process through our client portal and provide assistance to clients to help them complete the online procedure. As well as following up quotes by phone, you will also accurately open new client matters on our database, adhering to our firm's procedures. Additionally, you will support the Customer Relations Manager, liaise with estate agents and other work referrers and perform other duties as needed.

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong numerical skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal applicant will have a friendly, motivated, and confident demeanour with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. You will be, for many, their first contact with the firm so it is essential to provide exceptional service. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating commitment and drive. Comfort with IT systems and the ability to accurately gather information from calls are essential. Additionally, a positive, enthusiastic approach and a desire to develop within the role are highly valued.
