Adam joined Banner Jones in September 2024. He has worked across most areas of Dispute Resolution but considers Property Law to be his area of specialism.
In a previous role he worked for a Local Authority advising on all areas of Local Government Law such as Property, Planning, Housing, Contracts, Enforcement, Environmental Health, and many more.
In his role as a Litigation Executive, Adam is focussed on Property Matters (Boundary Disputes, Right of Way Disputes, Neighbour Disputes), Possession Claims (Civil and Commercial), Landlord and Tenant Disputes, Money/Debt Claims (Civil and Commercial), Misrepresentation, Defamation, Planning Advice, and TOLATA claims.
Qualifications
Adam graduated from Keele University with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2007 and has over 10 years’ experience working in the Public and Private Legal Sector.
