What do you specialise in?
Michael applies over 15 years of experience in Debt matters and General Litigation as he works on a wide range of matters for both Claimants and Defendants in all areas of Dispute Resolution and Civil Litigation.
Michael’s principal specialisms are acting in relation to both commercial and residential property disputes, and in particular helping Landlords of residential tenancies with possession proceedings.
Michael likes to take a considered approach to all disputes by clearly establishing the client’s concerns and intentions and he always looks to find to the most cost effective resolution.

Michael joined Banner Jones in March 2008 as a Litigation Executive in the Dispute Resolution Department, having previously worked in the legal departments of Close Brothers and the RAC.
